This morning in the White Isle of Olbia Marittima Station, was completed a course on the oil-Test-Panel, organized by the cooks Gallura with the collaboration of experts from the Laor (Regional Agency for Agriculture) Sassari and Nuoro. Four days of tasting the various islanders and commercial oils, organoleptic evaluation and exploitation of oil Sardi DOP (denomination of protected origin), without neglecting the cultivation of olive oil to achieve a sublime. The course was taught by experts such as Dr. Laor Agronomy and land surveyors. The event was attended by some guys dell'Agraria of Olbia. In the coming days there will be a meeting with President Laor of Sardinia for the delivery of certificates of participation .
