hammock has October 9, 2010 chosen for the important event dedicated to contemporary art and suo pubblico: la Giornata del Contemporaneo, quest’anno alla sua Sesta edizione .
Con l’edizione 2010, AMACI si propone di incrementare il numero degli aderenti e di potenziare l’azione locale dell’Associazione e dei Musei associati, al fine di incentivare lo sviluppo del tessuto culturale territoriale.
Porte aperte gratuitamente in ogni angolo del Paese, per presentare artisti e nuove idee attraverso mostre, laboratori, eventi e conferenze. Un programma multiforme che regalerà al grande pubblico un’occasione per vivere da vicino il complesso e vivace mondo dell’arte contemporanea.
Anche quest’anno, la Direzione Generale il Paesaggio, le Belle Arti, l’Architettura e l’Arte contemporanee del Ministero dei Beni e delle Attività Culturali, accanto alle più importanti istituzioni italiane, rinnova il suo sostegno ad AMACI e alla manifestazione, siglando la Giornata e tutti i suoi eventi.

Il MediaMuseum non si pone semplicemente come raccolta di reperti della memoria ma come luogo multimediale di grande suggestione, in grado di legare il passato e il presente con il futuro dell’immagine audiovisiva. Si tratta dunque di un centro pulsante di attività e di un Museo vivente, luogo di confronto multimediale tra l’interpretazione e la seduzione dello spettacolo, tra la conoscenza attiva e le passioni dell’immaginario sia cinematografico that theatrical and television
. Within a dynamic interactive machine, the visitor is involved in fascinating itineraries

Numerous specimens, the characters, whose numbers increase daily requesting a display strategy that takes into account the space available. There have been carried out shows that the materials already acquired and those that will enrich the collections will alternate in the proposal to visitors, but these will have a complete knowledge of the entire museum's holdings through the video screens that allow the consultation of digital textual and photographic archives stored on floppy disk, CD-ROMs, DVDs.
In its new headquarters in Pescara Piazza Alessandrini, the MediaMuseum is spread over three floors, two of which are intended for exhibition, for a total of 4000 square meters of surface, and is distinguished by the following characteristics:
- exposure wall and shouts of original documents, posters, memorabilia, books author, on the history and civilization of the protagonists and the performing arts: cinema, theater, television, radio and photography
- the proposed Standing on large Video placed in several rooms, the recording of films, theater and television in every age
- the opportunity to know and learn the knowledge and crafts of civilization of the show through a multi-level teaching, divided into courses, seminars and master. The current areas of

Il grande pescarese infatti firmò le sceneggiature di film celebri, come Cabiria, e compose tragedie quali La figlia di Iorio, La Nave, La Fiaccola sotto il moggio, Il Martirio di San Sebastiano, la Francesca da Rimini. L’arte scenica di D’Annunzio è illustrata in sei locali che ospitano manifesti, documenti, scenografie, newspapers of that time, rare editions of his works. In the room devoted to

Al piano rialzato, limitrofo al piano terra, si accede percorrendo una galleria in cui sono esposte locandine preziose di opere teatrali e di film e una grande esposizione di immagini a colori e in bianco e nero raffiguranti centinaia di rappresentazioni e protagonisti della scena teatrale, del cinema hollywoodiano, europeo ed orientale e momenti dello spettacolo televisivo dal 1953 ad oggi. Tali immagini consentono anche di ripercorrere alcuni momenti dei Premi
Internazionali Flaiano di Letteratura, Cinema, Teatro e Televisione dal 1973 ad oggi. A destra e a sinistra della galleria si entra nelle sale dedicate al cinema, al teatro, alla TV and radio. Three rooms are dedicated to Ennio Flaiano, his life, his art that combines photography exhibits, memorabilia, books, screenplays, scripts on the many activities of the writer, screenwriter, playwright and journalist from Pescara. La strada Sassari-Olbia è ancora ferma, e non si sa quando cominceranno i lavori. La denuncia arriva dall'Associazione nazionale costruttori edili (Ance) che stigmatizza i tempi lunghi per il raddoppio delle corsie sulla strada del nord Sardegna segnata da tanti lutti.
"E' tutto bloccato - ha detto il presidente dei costruttori sardi, Maurizio De Pascale - non abbiamo la più pallida idea di quando saranno aperti i cantieri. Sembra che la Regione abbia rinunciato alle formule sia del project financing sia del leasing in costruendo. Per i finanziamenti esiste un'ordinanza della Presidenza del Consiglio dei ministri, ma è in corso un carteggio fra Stato e Regione sull'interpretazione della nuova disposizione. Se si fosse partiti come avevamo proposto noi, e molte banche erano pronte a dialogare, non saremmo in questa situazione".
